I want to commend Cliff White on his coverage regarding the Legislative Youth Advisory Council’s bill regarding voter pre-registration. I do want to clarify one thing for your readers, however.
I have not been advising Maryland and Minnesota, as suggested in the article. I attended a conference in Minneapolis in September, and after speaking to a state senator, came up with the idea of introducing voter pre-registration.  I recently testified in Annapolis on a bill to create a Legislative Youth Advisory Council, and provided a few suggestions - but have not served in any “advising” role.
