Letter: Society gives thanks (Printed Jan. 25, 2008)
Editor:
The White Rock Historical Society would like to thank the anonymous donor of $200, which was given to the society in November. It is a wonderful gesture and we appreciate it. The WRHS is in the primary stages of development.
White Rock Historical Society, a non-profit organization in Gorham, meets on the third Wednesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the White Rock Community Club building, located on Wilson Road.
The group is open to the public and anyone with an interest in history of the White Rock area. The group is always seeking new members.
Thanks so much,
Penny Loura
White Rock Historical Society President
